Simone Biles

Simone Biles was an American gymnast born March 14, 1997 in the city of Columbus, Ohio. Biles is believed to be one of the greatest athletes. Biles was the first gymnast from the United States ever to win four gold medals at the same Games. in Rio de Janeiro, she was also the first female to have won successive World All-Around championships. Biles was raised within Spring Texas, in the Houston metro region. She and her sister Adria were adopted by Ronald and Nellie Biles. Simone first became interested in gymnastics while she was just 6. Coach Aimee Borman took her to Bannon's Gymnastix, where they went on an outing. Biles was a winner in the vault and floor exercises at the women's Junior Olympic National Championships before getting to the top competition levels in the year 2011. Within two years, she won the sport. What set Biles out was her consistency her flamboyant attitude and the extreme level of challenge she integrated into her routines throughout all four events--vault uneven bars balance beam and floor workout.
