Sofia and Ann

Sofia Pernas, a Moroccan born in California who was raised within Orange County, moved there in the age of five. She graduated in 2015 from the University of California San Diego and made her debut as an actress. Pernas was a popular actress who made small appearances in NCIS and Leverage prior to landing the role in the role of Marisa in The Young and the Restless she was a regular face on the soap opera. After leaving the soap opera in 2016 the actress scored the role of a regular in Jane the Virgin as Catalina. The four-language model has appeared on The Brave, The Green Ghost, and Secret Society of Second Born Royals. Then, in Blood & Treasure, from 2019, until 2020 she played Lexi Vaziri. Us Weekly revealed in May of 2020 that Pernas is dating Justin Hartley, her The Young and the Restless co-star. The romance started after Chrishell Stause's split with the This Is Us actress split in November of this year. In May of 2021, it was reported that news broke that Pernas Hartley had recently married in secret.
